A 200-page creative journal designed to help you pay closer attention to reality, explore what you find and turn it into interesting ideas.

The journal takes you through nine areas of everyday life, from the world around you and your relationships to language, beliefs, identity, experience and the body. Each area contains three structured tasks, giving you 27 different ways to observe, explore and create from the material already surrounding you.

Rather than telling you what to think or asking you to simply fill blank pages, each task gives you a direction to investigate. You'll notice behaviours, question assumptions, revisit experiences, follow contradictions and gradually build a collection of premises, observations and ideas that are distinctly your own.
